1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Supalo Sync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Supalo Sync provides file synchronization and backup across your devices. Plans, storage limits, and pricing are described at sign-up and may change with reasonable notice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content or to infringe others' rights.
• Maintain your own independent backups of critical data.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.

5. Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supalo Sync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data beyond the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
