Supalo Sync ("we", "us") builds file synchronization software. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed the product to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Account data: the email address and password hash you provide when registering.
• Device metadata: device name, operating system, and app version, so we can sync correctly across your devices.
• Diagnostics: optional, anonymized crash reports you may choose to send.

Your file contents are end-to-end encrypted on your device. We do not have the keys and cannot read the files you sync.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and secure the sync service.
• To authenticate you and route data between your own devices.
• To respond to support requests and send essential service notices.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service, and only as needed, under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your metadata and encrypted blobs from our systems.

Cookies

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
